Modifications by BetterHeart: select the five lung lobes, the four heart chambers, ascending aorta, aortic arch, thoracic aorta,
superior and thoracic inferior vena cava, trachea and bronchi, the pulmonary trunk and its bifurcation, the left and right
pulmonary arteries, the lobar and segmental pulmonary arteries and the pulmonary veins; bake node transforms; weld vertices;
rescale into the frame of ../lipid-metabolism-3d/lipid-body.* (origin 0,0.98,0; ×20); compute vessel centre-lines used as
blood-flow paths; pack into ph-body.bin with ph-body.json. At run time the vessel walls are offset along their normals to show
dilation or narrowing, and colours/opacities are changed for teaching. Build script: tools/build-ph.mjs (not served).
The adapted data (ph-body.bin, ph-body.json) is shared under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International.
